from Blues boss Jose Mourinho

following his costly error in the 3-1

Champions League defeat to Atletico

Madrid and was dropped for last

weekend's goalless draw with

Norwich City.

Despite Mourinho warning Hazard to

show signs of improvement - the

Belgium playmaker has enjoyed a

superb campaign and was named

PFA young player of the year after

producing a number of stunning

displays this term.

And although Chelsea will finish the

season without a trophy, the 23-

year-old wants to end the campaign

on a positive note with victory over

already relegated Cardiff before

jetting off with Belgium for this

summer's showpiece in Brazil.

"It's the last game at home for them

and they will want to win it for their

fans," Hazard told the club's official

"For us it's the same. We want to

win for our fans and we want to end

the season on a good note.

"I want to finish the season with

three points with Chelsea and then I

can start thinking about the World
