AKA opens up on what he suffered from Reebok brand as regards the sneakers partnership he had with them in 2019.

In October 2019, the rapper launched his own brand of sneakers in partnership with Reebok which was called sneAKA and on each foot wear, was written SUPA and MEGA, separately.

Many beleived it was a big win for him, so he also thought till he spilled out on Twitter that he hasn’t received any payment or royalty as regards that.

AKA says he isn’t producing any more sneakers but it was a dream come true.

“I had no choice … it was always a dream of mine to have my own sneaker. I guess that’s why I took a shitty deal in exchange for doing something for the culture,” he tweeted.

“Probably never again. They refused to give me any sort of payment or royalty.”
