Sagem revealed their newest additions to their phone catalogue. The my405X, my500X and my800X bar phones and the my900C 3G clamshell.
The my405X phone is a slim phone (15 mm thick). It has a 65K colors display with 128 x 160 pixels resolution. It also has a Video Graphics Array (VGA) capturing camera and 64 Mega Bytes (MB) internal memory. The tri-band General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) enabled phone has Universal Serial Bus (USB) connectivity and is expected to be available in Q2 2006.
The my500X phone also has General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) support and two cameras. A 1.3 megapixel one and a Video Graphics Array (VGA) one for video calls. The display is 262K colors with 176 x 220 pixels resolution. The phone has 32 Mega Bytes (MB) internal memory which can be expanded via the miniSD card slot. The my500X has almost the same dimensions as the my405X. It is 100 x 46 x 16.5 mm gigantic and weighs 90 g. This tri-band phone is also expected to be available in Q2 2006.
The 3G UMTS my800X bar is rather slim (16 mm) and has normal proportions. The recent Sagem has a 1.3 megapixel capturing camera on its back and a Video Graphics Array (VGA) one on the front for video calls. The display of the phone is 262K colors with 176 x 220 pixels resolution. This phone will be available in June 2006.
The my900C clamshell supports UMTS and EDGE standards. The tri-band device has a QVideo Graphics Array (VGA) 262K colors internal display and a 262K colors external one with 96 x 64 pixels resolution. The phone is rather small with its 90 x 45 x 23.5 mm and 115 g. It has a 2 megapixel capturing camera for taking photos and a Video Graphics Array (VGA) one for video calls. The Sagem my900C will be available in the second part of 2006.
