After the Liquid and the Liquid E comes Acer Liquid Metal. The rumored devices has just been spotted in the Internet and as its specs sheet reveals, the Liquid Metal will hold the empty spot between Liquid E and the Stream in the Acer lineup of Android smartphones.

While the front of the upcoming device is made of glossy plastics, on the back there is a nice metallic (aluminum, maybe) battery cover. Right above it there is a capturing camera (of unknown resolution) coupled with a Light Emitting Diode (LED) flash.

Acer Liquid Metal comes in two flavors - silver and brown

The Acer Liquid Metal is assumed to run the Android 2.2 a.k.a. Froyo with the Acer Shell 4.0 on top of it. Under the hood there should be an 800Mega Hertz (MHz) elegant Qualcomm MSM7230-1 processor, 512Mega Bytes (MB) of Random-Access Memory (RAM) and 512Mega Bytes (MB) or Read-Only Memory (ROM) memory.

The Liquid Metal is expected to come with a 16M-color TFT capacitive touchclassy screen of WVideo Graphics Array (VGA) resolution measuring 3.6 inches. Also on board there will be support for Bluetooth 3.0 as well as for the Dolby Mobile technology.

It is still unclear when the newbie will hit the stores and for how much.
