Huawei Ascend W1 Launches In China Cheaper Than Lumia 620

Huawei Ascdiscontinue W1 was announced back at CES, a day after company's Android flagships got official. The Ascdiscontinue W1 runs on Windows Phone 8 but relies on attractive price tag, rather than high-discontinue specs to impress customers.

The Ascdiscontinue W1 is now available in China, Huawei's home country, and is the cheapest WP8-powered smartphone there. It costs ¥1599 (about $260), which is fine ¥400 cheaper than the Chinese version of the Lumia 620 (about $320).
