They Are Now Ministers Of Information & Defence: Senator ‘Slaps’ Oshiomhole, Okorocha, LaiBy Bobricky 11:50 Fri, 18 Sep 2015 Comments
Senator Ighoyota Amori (PDP), Delta Central has taken a swipe at Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo state, Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state and Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the All Progressives Congress (APC) national publicity secretary.
According to him, the trio have turned themselves as Minister of Information and Defence and are taking advantage of the vacuum President Muhammadu Buhari created by not appointing his ministers from the onset.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Daily Post, Amori came down hard on Oshiomhole, saying he had assigned himself the role of “EFCC Boss and Minister of ‘Attack’ on behalf of the government.
“In fact, Oshiomole works as security agent now as he has figures of what happens in America, what happens in Britain or here and there and he knows all the corrupt people,†he said.
He stated that Oshiomhole had abandoned his duty as governor and was now attacking people because he wanted President Buhari to see him as a relevant person.
The senator accused the Edo state governor of turning against former president, Goodluck Jonathan and the Peoples Democratic Party that helped him to get to his present status.
Amori also criticized the Buhari-led government, saying the National Assembly was patiently waiting for him as he was taking his time to select ‘Angels’, and to appoint ‘Popes’ and ‘Imams’ to become ministers.
He pointed out that not much has been achieved by Buhari’s administration.
Recall that in July, Oshiomhole, who accompanied Buhari on a 4-day visit to United States had alleged that a minister who served under the former Goodluck Jonathan administration, stole $6billion (more than N1.2 trillion). According to him, the details were provided US officials during their visit there.
He had also supported Buhari over his appointments, which many described as lopsided.
The governor had also attacked a former minister of the Niger Delta, Godsday Orubebe, saying his incompetence contributed to the dismal failure of the administration of Jonathan.
