HTC Promises A Software Update To Fix One M9 Camera Woes

HTC America’s president, Jason Mackenzie has confirmed that a software update to fix the capturing camera woes of HTC One M9 will be released in the United States between April 10 to April 17. The rollout of the recent firmware will be dependent on the device's carrier version.

HTC dropped its UltraPixel technology and utilized a recent Toshiba-made 20MP BSI sensor in the One M9 flagship. However, it seems that the company will hold a while to adjust with the tough competition on the mobile imaging front - early reviews of the One M9 did mention some problems with luminance and HDR.
