Lumia 735 Launches At Verizon On June 11, Leak Reveals

It's been so long since the Nokia Lumia 735 was first supposed to arrive at Verizon, that in the meantime the handset even changed its name. Despite being called Nokia Lumia 735 internationally, Verizon will launch it as the Microsoft Lumia 735.

Big Red's model was spotted at the FCC back in November of last year, but it still can't be bought from the carrier. According to a recent leak, though, that will change pretty soon.

The image you see above is purported to be showing an internal Verizon system for employees. And if that's true, then it means the midrange Windows Phone will finally become available at this carrier on June 11, which is next Thursday.

Verizon has released the LG Lancet with Windows Phone so far, and now it looks like it will be joined by the Lumia 735 in the carrier's roster - at long last, that is.

Verizon's Lumia 735 will have 4G LTE support, of course, and it may even ship running Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2. There's still no word on pricing, but if it does land next week we're bound to find something out soon.
