The Samsung Galaxy A7 update makes the news again with another leak. Just after it went by the Bluetooth SIG, it has cropped up in AnTuTu. The benchimprint confirms Exynos 7580 chipset for the A710F, A710S and A710K.

This doesn’t rule out a Snapdragon 615 version like the Galaxy J7, which also has versions with the 7580. The chipset is aimed at the mid-range (unlike the 7420) and has eight Cortex-A53 cores and Mali-T720 GPU.

In the recent Galaxy A7 it is paired to 3GB of Random-Access Memory (RAM) and 16GB of storage. The phone was running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop for the benchmark.

Like the current model, it has a 5.5" 1080p classy screen and a 13MP main camera, plus a 5MP selfie shooter. The recent A7 hasn’t changed much in terms of looks, though the classy screen glass may have a 2.5D shape and the loudspeaker has been relocated.

The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2016) may not launch until after recent year and from leaks we know there's an A5 update in the works too.
