Hasselblad Announces 100MP H6D-100c And 50MP H6D-50c

Hasselblad, maker of high-discontinue modular medium format cameras, has announced the recent H6D-100c and the H6D-50c, the former with an fantastic 100 megapixel CMOS sensor and the latter with 50 megapixel CMOS sensor. Other than the high still resolution, the 100c can also do 4K video in RAW, a first for a medium format camera, while the latter can only do 1080p30.

Both cameras have shutter speeds that go from 60 minutes to 1/2000th of a second, increased ISO range (up to 12800 on 100c), 15 stop dynamic range on 100c and 14 stops on 50c, 1.5fps burst mode on 100c and 2.5fps on the 50c, Universal Serial Bus (USB) 3.0 with Type-C connector, Wi-Fi, HDMI, dual card slot (CFast + SD), 3.0-inch 920k dot touchscreen, and full support for H lens range.

The H6D-100c is priced at $32,995/€28,900 and the 50c at $25,995/€22,900.
